These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and the mandatory information shown at Checkout.
1. Plans and prices
CampGrid Free costs €0 and requires no payment card. CampGrid Plus is offered at €1.99 per month or €15 per year, charged in euros. The annual amount is charged once per year; any monthly equivalent is informational only.
The stated amount is the consumer-facing total for the selected interval. Checkout repeats the exact total, billing interval and verified tax treatment before payment; CampGrid does not add an undisclosed fee.
2. Stripe Checkout and merchant responsibility
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe receives payment credentials; CampGrid receives payment and subscription identifiers, status and limited billing details needed to manage access.
Stripe provides payment infrastructure, but Jean-Louis Roy remains the merchant responsible for the CampGrid service, cancellation instructions, consumer information and refunds.
3. Automatic renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge shown at Checkout.
Before renewal, CampGrid will provide notices required by applicable law. A renewal does not change the billing interval unless you requested a change or accepted a clearly disclosed offer.
4. Limited Launch offer
The Launch offer is limited to ten eligible paid household memberships: €1 per month or €6 per year. Availability comes from server records and is never simulated.
A Checkout reservation may temporarily hold one place for no more than 30 minutes. A place is redeemed only after confirmed payment, is limited to one household, and cannot be transferred or resold.
The Launch price remains attached only while the same subscription stays active and renews without interruption. Cancellation, expiry or an unresolved payment failure after the stated grace period ends the price protection. A later subscription uses the then-current regular price.
5. Access and subscription status
Plus access is determined by server-side Stripe status, not a success URL or browser value. Active and trialing statuses, if a trial is offered, grant Plus. A clearly stated grace period may apply to past-due subscriptions. Canceled, unpaid and expired subscriptions return to Free when paid access ends.
The owner administrator override is an internal authorization and is not a payment, trial or Launch conversion.
6. Changing billing interval
Where enabled, you may request a monthly-to-annual or annual-to-monthly change through the authenticated Customer Portal. The portal shows when the change takes effect and any amount due or credit before confirmation.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel electronically and free of charge through CampGrid’s direct Cancellation page. This process does not depend on the Stripe Customer Portal. We confirm receipt and the effective date by email on a durable medium.
Unless mandatory law or a refund decision requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and Plus remains available until the end of the paid period.
8. Failed payments and grace period
If a charge fails, Stripe or CampGrid may ask you to update the payment method and retry the charge. The applicable grace period must be displayed before production and applied consistently.
If payment is not regularized, Plus may end. CampGrid will not create a debt between household members or attempt to decide which parent should pay.
9. Price changes
We may change regular prices for a future renewal after clear advance notice and any consent required by law. A price change does not retroactively alter an already paid period.
Launch price protection follows section 4. We will not advertise a false crossed-out price or artificial deadline.
10. Withdrawal and statutory remedies
A consumer may withdraw from the distance subscription within 14 calendar days starting on the day after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. The direct Withdrawal page immediately timestamps the request and sends an email receipt.
For CampGrid’s first eligible payment, an in-time withdrawal triggers a full refund of that payment through Stripe and immediate termination of Plus. The Free account and family-planning data are retained unless the user separately requests deletion. The express request for immediate performance is collected separately before payment and does not reduce mandatory rights beyond what applicable law permits.
The verified procedure is https://campgrid.jlr-company.com/fr/retractation. Nothing in these Terms reduces rights relating to non-conforming digital services or other mandatory remedies.
11. Commercial refund promise
In addition to mandatory rights, CampGrid intends to offer the commercial first-payment guarantee described in the Refund Policy. Renewal payments and suspected abuse are assessed separately and fairly.
12. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. To Jean-Louis Roy, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, jlr.venturescorp@gmail.com: I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my CampGrid Plus subscription contract concluded on [date]. Contract reference: [reference]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if this form is sent on paper.
Mandatory French legal-conformity notice — informative English translation
This English text is an informative translation of the statutory French box below in the French Subscription Terms. The French statutory wording governs.
The consumer is entitled to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears during one month for the monthly offer or one year for the annual offer from supply of the digital content or digital service. During that period, the consumer need establish only the existence of the lack of conformity, not when it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity requires all updates necessary to maintain conformity of the digital content or service to be supplied during one month for the monthly offer or one year for the annual offer.
The consumer is entitled to have the digital content or service brought into conformity without unjustified delay after the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction while retaining the digital content or service, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund in exchange for relinquishing the digital content or service, if: (1) the professional refuses conformity; (2) conformity is unjustifiably delayed; (3) conformity cannot occur without costs imposed on the consumer; (4) conformity causes major inconvenience; or (5) non-conformity persists after an unsuccessful attempt.
The consumer is also entitled to an immediate price reduction or termination where the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious. No prior conformity request is then required. For a minor defect, cancellation is available only where the contract provides for no price.
Any unavailability for restoring conformity suspends the remaining guarantee until the digital content or service is supplied in conformity again. These rights arise under Articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.
A professional acting in bad faith to obstruct the legal guarantee may incur a civil fine up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code). The consumer also benefits from the statutory warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code for two years from discovery; it provides a price reduction if the service is retained or a full refund if relinquished.
13. Receipts and billing records
Stripe provides receipts and makes invoices available when configured. Keep copies needed for your records. CampGrid retains legally required accounting records separately from deleted family-planning content.
14. Questions and disputes
