This Policy adds a simple commercial guarantee without limiting statutory withdrawal, conformity or consumer remedies.
1. Fourteen-day first-payment guarantee
You may request a refund of the first payment for a new CampGrid Plus subscription within 14 calendar days after that charge. This commercial guarantee applies once per customer and household unless mandatory law provides more.
2. How to request
Use information awaiting verification or contact jlr.venturescorp@gmail.com from the account email. State the household or Stripe receipt identifier; never email a full card number.
We acknowledge the request, verify account control and explain the decision. A simple request is sufficient; no lengthy justification is required for an eligible first payment.
3. Renewals and accidental renewal
The commercial guarantee does not automatically cover every renewal. We review an unintended renewal fairly, including whether required renewal notice was sent, whether the service was used after renewal and any mandatory local right.
4. Abuse prevention
We may refuse repeated claims designed to obtain recurring free use, fraud, charge manipulation or a request already refunded. This does not limit a genuine statutory claim or a bank's dispute process.
5. Statutory withdrawal and digital-service remedies
The commercial guarantee is separate from legal withdrawal and remedies for a non-conforming digital service. The verified withdrawal process is information awaiting verification. Where immediate performance affects withdrawal, the required express request and acknowledgement must be collected before Checkout.
6. Effect on access and Launch pricing
A full refund may end Plus access and the related subscription. If the subscription is interrupted, Launch price protection ends under the Subscription Terms unless mandatory law requires a different result.
7. Processing time, currency and taxes
Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank display time depends on the payment network. Refunds are initiated in the original charge currency; tax handling follows applicable law and Stripe records.
8. Chargebacks
Contact us first so we can investigate promptly. A chargeback does not remove rights or obligations under law. We may provide accurate transaction, consent, cancellation and refund records to Stripe and the issuing bank.
