These Terms govern access to CampGrid. They must be read with the Subscription Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any mandatory consumer information displayed before purchase.
1. Operator and agreement
CampGrid is operated by JLR, located at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France ("CampGrid", "we", "us"). The verified registration and contact details appear in the Legal Notice.
By creating an account or using the private planner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility and adults only
You must be an adult with legal capacity to enter into this agreement. CampGrid does not provide child accounts.
If you enter information about a child, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that you will involve other holders of parental responsibility when required. CampGrid does not determine who has parental authority.
3. What CampGrid does
CampGrid helps households combine custody patterns, coverage needs, adult availability and care options, then highlights intervals that appear uncovered or provisional.
Results are planning aids generated from the information users provide. They are not guarantees that care is available, booked, appropriate or legally authorized.
- CampGrid is not a booking service, caregiver marketplace or payment intermediary between parents.
- CampGrid is not a social network, monitoring service, medical service or emergency service.
- CampGrid does not use artificial intelligence to make family decisions in the MVP.
4. No legal advice or adjudication
CampGrid does not replace a court order, parenting agreement, professional advice or a direct discussion between responsible adults. It does not modify legal rights, decide a disagreement, calculate maintenance or certify evidence.
You remain responsible for checking that a plan complies with applicable decisions, agreements and law.
5. Verify information; never rely on CampGrid for emergencies
Before relying on a plan, verify dates, school calendars, registrations, opening hours, pickup permissions, addresses, costs and the identity and availability of responsible adults.
Do not use CampGrid as the sole way to confirm a child's safety, communicate an urgent change or locate anyone. Use appropriate emergency services and direct communication for urgent matters.
6. Accounts, credentials and household access
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and authentication factors, and keep devices secure. Tell us promptly at jlr.venturescorp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Invitation links are intended only for their named recipient. Household owners and parents must review member access and remove people who no longer require it. Actions performed through a valid session may be treated as authorized until access is reported or revoked.
7. Family content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CampGrid a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, encrypt, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, export and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the right to provide the content and that it is accurate enough for its intended planning use. Use a first name, nickname or age group where sufficient; do not add unnecessary sensitive information.
- Do not upload medical records, identity documents, intimate material or real-time location data.
- Do not enter unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not use another person's information to harass, control or impersonate them.
8. Collaboration and proposals
A proposal, comment, acceptance or rejection recorded in CampGrid is a planning action, not a legally binding amendment unless the participants separately make it one under applicable law.
Members can see information shared inside the household according to their role. Choose roles carefully. CampGrid does not monitor or mediate family disagreements.
9. Free and paid features
CampGrid Free and CampGrid Plus have server-enforced limits described on the current Pricing page. Paid use is also governed by the Subscription Terms.
We may improve or replace features while preserving the essential purpose of the service. We will give reasonable notice before a material adverse change when required.
10. Availability, maintenance and backups
We use reasonable measures to keep CampGrid available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work, provider incidents and events outside reasonable control may cause interruption.
We maintain the backup process described in the Security & Privacy page once operationally verified. Keep your own export of information that would be difficult to reconstruct, and retain another way to access safety-critical details.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using CampGrid and request account deletion. Export before deletion where appropriate. A household owner's departure may affect other members; the product must explain those effects before completing the action.
A permanent household or account deletion is separate from ordinary end-of-period cancellation: it may require immediate Stripe cancellation and immediate loss of access so the requested erasure can proceed. This does not limit mandatory withdrawal, refund or consumer rights.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, comply with law, protect another household or address a material breach. Except for urgent cases, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.
12. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Each party is responsible for loss it causes in accordance with applicable law. CampGrid is not responsible for inaccurate user entries, third-party care decisions, missed registrations or reliance contrary to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be limited for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross fault where applicable, death or personal injury.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. We will state the effective date and notify account holders of material changes in advance where required. If a material change is unacceptable, you may stop using the service and cancel a paid renewal before it takes effect.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by information awaiting verification, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction are determined under applicable law; the operator's stated forum is information awaiting verification only to the extent legally valid.
Contact jlr.venturescorp@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Eligible consumers may contact information awaiting verification at information awaiting verification after the required prior complaint process. Mediation does not remove the right to seek a judicial remedy.
