The production list must be verified against signed contracts, data locations and enabled features before publication.
1. Our role and selection process
information awaiting verification determines CampGrid's purposes and selects processors that provide documented security, confidentiality, deletion, assistance and breach commitments appropriate to their role.
2. Current production subprocessors
The verified production inventory is:
- information awaiting verification — primary application and database hosting; core account and family-planning data; location information awaiting verification.
- information awaiting verification — encrypted backup storage; encrypted database backup objects; location information awaiting verification.
- Cloudflare — authoritative DNS and, when enabled, proxy, transport security, rate limiting and network protection; request metadata and transient network traffic may use its international edge network.
- Stripe — Checkout, recurring billing, Customer Portal, invoices, refunds and disputes; account and transaction metadata; processing locations and transfer mechanisms described by Stripe.
- information awaiting verification — outbound transactional email; recipient address, locale, template and delivery metadata; location information awaiting verification.
3. Household members and independent controllers
Authorized household members are recipients chosen by the household, not CampGrid subprocessors. A provider may act as an independent controller for a limited activity, such as Stripe's legal and fraud-prevention obligations; its own notice then applies.
4. International transfers
Where data moves outside its originating jurisdiction, CampGrid assesses the transfer and uses an applicable adequacy decision, contractual clauses or another valid safeguard. Contract and location claims must be recorded in the vendor register.
5. Changes to providers
We update this page before or promptly after a material processor change and provide advance notice where contract or law requires. Users may raise a reasoned privacy objection at jlr.venturescorp@gmail.com.
