CampGrid is a private family-planning tool. Use it in a way that respects children, household members and service security.
1. Lawful and authorized use
Use CampGrid only for lawful planning involving households and children for whom you are authorized to enter information. Do not use it to breach a court order, confidentiality duty or another person's rights.
2. Protect children and minimize data
Use a nickname, first name or age group when enough. Do not upload medical records, identity documents, intimate content, photographs, court evidence or real-time location data in the MVP.
3. No harm, harassment or surveillance
Do not threaten, harass, shame, discriminate against, stalk or control another person through the service. Do not present CampGrid as surveillance, proof of safety or a substitute for direct urgent communication.
4. No unauthorized access
Do not access another household without a valid invitation, share tokens with unintended recipients, bypass role limits, probe private records or exploit a vulnerability. Report security concerns responsibly to jlr.venturescorp@gmail.com.
5. Protect platform integrity
Do not introduce malware, overload endpoints, scrape private areas, automate abusive registrations, evade rate limits, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, or interfere with backups, monitoring, billing or other users.
6. Prohibited content
Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent or privacy-invasive content, or content that infringes intellectual property or confidentiality.
7. Billing and Launch integrity
Do not manipulate Checkout, reuse an ineligible Launch place, create duplicate households to evade limits, dispute a legitimate charge fraudulently or resell a discounted membership.
8. No unauthorized commercial use
Do not represent CampGrid as booking, vetting or endorsing a camp, caregiver or babysitter. Do not collect payments between parents through CampGrid or use it as a caregiver marketplace.
9. Enforcement
We may remove content or restrict access proportionately to prevent harm, comply with law or investigate a credible breach. Except where urgent action is necessary, we provide notice and an opportunity to respond. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination.
